Raspberry Lemon Sour Mocktail

Fresh raspberry and lemon meet Earl Grey tea, a hint of black pepper and a touch of salt in this tart, grown-up mocktail. Shaken like a classic sour, it has plenty of flavour and complexity without the alcohol.
